Nebula awards, interviews and advice from Neil Gaiman

My favorite episode of last season's Doctor Who had the good sense to win a Nebula award for its writer, Neil Gaiman.  Here's an interview he gave to Buzzy magazine immediately after the win.  Since I wrote about The Doctor's Wife during Thirteen Days of Doctor Who, I'm both thrilled and unsurprised.  As everyone and his brother knows, Himself has mad writing skills.  The Nebulas also awarded a posthumous award to another favorite and inspirational author, Octavia Butler.

In other Neil Gaiman news, he was the commencement speaker at Philadelphia's University of the Arts, recently.  His advice to all of us who aspire to the creative?  Make good art.
