In honor of this annual phenomenon, which gives inspiration for a story where the equinox figures prominently, I give you Death Cab for Cutie:
Goodbye Summer, hello Fall!
A home for the random thoughts of a writer who happens to be mad about time travel romance novels, science fiction, fantasy, crime fiction, and literary fiction. Wait, I like non-fiction too! Okay, maybe I should just say that I like to read and the header should announce "a home for the random thoughts of an aspiring writer who's mad..."

Gosh, is it that time of the year already? So for us it's officially goodbye winter halllooo Spring. No wonder the moon is looking so gorgeous tonight. And the neighbours tom cat is walking around yowling and yowling...!

Hi Judy!
Sorry about the loud kitty. I'm sure that's annoying. They say that the moon will be at it's brightest/most full at around 4am in the morning.
I'll have to nip out to NASA's website to check for photos. I'm not sure when the next Harvest Moon occurs so close to the equinox. Should be gorgeous, though.
